I arrived late on a Tuesday from 200 miles away with a desperately overheating car. They got me in on the spot and gave me a ride to my hotel. By Wednesday morning, they had diagnosed the problem, leaking coolant and a failed thermostat. One part wouldn’t arrive until Thursday morning. I have a 2008 SAAB 95 Aero and my wonderful mechanic retired. I looked at reviews and decided to give German Motors. It was an excellent decision. They have been extremely professional, courteous and most importantly their mechanics are top notch! As long as they're in business I will be using them for all my cars needs. They actually got me better tires  for a less expensive price than Firestone. I'll be their customer for something as minor as an oil change. They check out your car every time you bring it in. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this place deserves it. The AC in my Chrysler 300 gave out on literally the hottest day in Vegas—temps hit 109°, and I was pretty sure I was going to melt into my seat.

I called around, hoping someone could squeeze me in, and luckily German Motors came through. They were able to see me same day (a miracle in itself), and Ivan was super helpful and professional throughout the whole process. A few hours later, my AC was blowing ice cold like nothing ever happened.

Excellent service and attention to detail.  These guys did excellent work on my Porsche 2020 cayenne 2.  Replaced an ion/lithium battery that was almost impossible to find and for way less than what the dealer would have charged for labor.   Also completed the service that was needed.
